The American Society for Horticultural Science eXtension Working Group is calling for nominations for the Visionary Horticulturist Award. The award was established to recognize creative, innovative, or leadership accomplishments in eXtension activities related to horticulture. The award “contribution shall be within the scope of horticultural activities involved horticulture-related eXtension Community of Practice.
The deadline for making a nomination is March 1, 2014. More information on the award can be found here. The award will be presented at the ASHS annual conference July 28-31, 2014 in Orlando, FL.
